Community Aged Care Package (CACP)
Jeta Gardens provides quality home care services to the aged people who prefer to live independently in the comforts of their own home. We have a team of devoted and compassionate careers who are fully trained to look after the elderly at home, especially those of non-English speaking backgrounds from Asian countries and China.
To be eligible for services under CACP, an elderly will be assessed by the Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) to determine the appropriate types and extent of care needed. Jeta Gardens staff can help you organize the assessment which can take place at your own home.
CACP services may include:
- Personal care, such as bathing, showering, dressing and personal hygiene
- Light housework
- Assistance with laundry
- Meal preparation and assistance
- Assistance with transport for shopping or medical appointments
- Assistance to stay socially active and continue to enjoy recreational activities
These services are partially funded by the Government. Recipients are only required to pay a moderate contribution towards their care.
Each individual is different hence has different needs. CACP services are custom designed for each individual to suit their needs and conditions. We also understand that as time progresses a person’s needs may change, therefore our home care services program will give you the flexibility and closest attention and care as your needs change.
Our CACP team has been trained with the cultural and language skills to provide the best support and services to clients with such needs. Currently, our CACP service is available to aged people living in the South Brisbane and Logan River Valley districts.
